Meant for the chocolatier or culinary professional this tempering tank is a space efficient professional machine with bright easy to read digital display. With it's fully automatic micro-processor using forced air which sets and holds temper points This tempering tank is able to hold a minimum of 4 ounces to a maximum of 1.5 pounds of chocolate. A manual temperature adjustments allows the preset temperature to be over-ridden, up to 120°F during the Melt Cycle and 100°F in the Temper Mode. This tempering machine also has a bowl pause feature (temporarily stops the bowl from rotating) and an overnight standby mode. The tempering bowl is removable for easy cleaning. In a short time the user is able to produce yummy and wonderful chocolate creations.
