Hey there YT fam! Valentine’s Day is just around the corner and we at the McCall’s kitchen are super excited to introduce our newest cocoa bomb molds in shapes of giant lips, rose buds and an embedded heart! With these cocoa bomb molds, you can make three different shapes of hot cocoa.
INGREDIENTS:
∙ Chocolate Mold ∙ Candy Melts (you can use regular chocolate but you will need to temper it) ∙ Hot Chocolate Mix ∙ Mini Marshmallows ∙ Frying pan ∙ Stove top or heating element
Melt the Candy melts in the microwave Fill the mold to the top and let sit for about 1 minute or so Empty the mold by gently tapping into bowl or on parchment paper Put in freezer for 3 to 5 minutes Gently pull and the chocolate will release from mold Fill half of the mold with hot chocolate and marshmallows Heat your frying pan slightly . Take the empty half of your mold and warm up the edges on the pan Quickly close your mold. The melted edge will act as a glue and seal your entire cocobomb together. Let sit for a few minutes
