This product can be used in chocolates for fillings or to cover mini cakes, petite fours, and cookies for a nice smooth finish. Size : 50 pound bag / 22.67 kilo bag Directions: Add approximately 10 ml or 2 teaspoons of hot water for every 100 g of dry fondant mix. Product may seem thick and grainy until all ingredients have blended and dissolved entirely.
