Chefmasters highly concerntrated liqua-gel neon bright green food color will not change the consistancy or texture of your product. Only a small amount of color is needed. Liqua-gel colour will not break down buttercream or non dairy icings, product is fade and bleed resisitant. The liqua-gel consistency allows for easy mixing and blending in rolled fondant, marzipan, cookie dough, cake batter, gum paste, royal icing, buttercream, whipped icings and home made kid's playdough.
