Natural Gel Paste Powder colors are for butter cream icing, dough or any product you would like to color with out it breaking down. Natural Gel Paste Powders allow you to easily and accurately measure and dispense the food color. True color gel is made from a combinations of all natural plant sources. This sky blue color comes in a dry powdered form for optimal shelf life. Never add water directly to any jar. Simply add "drops" of distilled water only to the amount of the dry natural color you will use. Wet colors do not have any artificial preservatives and must be discarded if not used. Allow 15 to 20 minutes for the powder to completely dissolve and stabilize before adding to the product you wish to color. Some ingredients may affect color, like meringue powder, cream of tarter, lemon etc. Testing is recommended. Certified Kosher Net Weight : 6 grams / .21 ounce
