MELT AND MOLD GELATIN 300 GM
FOR SILICON AND HARD CANDY MOLDS
When you open the container there will be a thing white layer on top. This is the air bubbles that have risen to the top and set after we poured the mixture into the containers. You can cut this off as it will reduce the clarity if the gelatin mix if you blend it back in.
To use the mixture simply run a dull knife around the outside edge pop the mixture out of the container cut off the thin white layer. Cut up into chunks. Microwave what you need to fill your mold; 10 to 20 seconds on medium heat should be enough. We use the silicon cupcake liners as they are easy to shape to pour into a mold, or a small piping bag or syringe if you have a detailed mold
The Melt and Mold gel comes unflavored and uncolored. Just add a few drops of your favorite flavor and color.
You can use any mold the flexible molds work the best, but even a solid hard mold
will work. It just may be a bit harder to remove the gelatin once it has set.
Once the mold is filled set it in the freezer for 10 minutes to set it. Then release and pull it from the mold.
You can re-melt the mixture as many times as you like, store in the freezer for up to 6 months.
The mixture comes unflavored or colored. You can add a few drops of your favorite flavor and or color.
