In Internet Explorer, Select Tools | Internet Options:

Select the Security Tab and Click the "Customer Level" Button.

Then scroll down to the section called "Scripting" and check the "Enable" category.

In Netscape, click on Edit | Preferences from the menu.

In Preferences select the Advanced Category and check the "Enable JavaScript" checkbox.

Once you have javascript enabled, you can go back and continue what you were doing.
