Registration is accepted by telephone providing the deposit is billed to
either a Visa or MasterCard. Register by calling 416-231-8040 Monday to
Friday from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm.
BY FAX:
Complete, sign and fax the registration form to our office. Please
complete one form per person, and ensure that a Visa or MasterCard number,
expiry date and CVD# is included. (CVD# is the last 3 digits on the back
of your credit card following your credit card number) You will be billed
50% with the balance payable at the start of the class. Our fax number is

Registration can be made by VISA or MASTER CARD. Course availability can be checked online.

PLEASE NOTE:
CONFIRMATION OF REGISTRATION IS NOT FORWARDED. It is the responsibility of
the student to verify enrollment. Students, however, will be notified if a
class is full. It is the student’s responsibility to remember class
selections and dates.
