This versatile, yet easy-to-make quick buttercream icing is one of our favourite tasty and creamy white icings. Its perfectly fluffy to coat, pipe, and decorate all of your yummy creations!
Its also simply easy to tint with food colouring. These minimal ingredients make it ideal to prepare and quick to serve for any occasion.

Unsalted Butter |

Instructions:
Mix dry fondant and water in a bowl.Use flat beater on mixer.
Add fondant gradually while mixing.
Approximate time 10 - 12 minutes on second speed.
If you like the icing white, use McCall's High Ratio Shortening instead of butter.
