These simple and easy tips will be your go-to for years to come when whipping up your favourite recipes, allowing your treats to stand above the rest and your treaters coming back for more. These tips are based on 1 cup ( 250 ml ) of icing.

Instructions:
Nougat / Hazelnut Paste: melt over low heat
Mocha: 1/2 tsp instant coffee granules dissolved in 1/2 tsp water
Semi-Sweet Chocolate: melted
Cocoa and Oil: mix to paste 3 tbsp cocoa powder and 2 tbsp vegetable oil
Lemon Flavour: mix 6 drops of Lemon Oil and 2 tbsp of Lemon Filling
