This pastry type is named Danish because it originates from Denmark. Like other viennoiserie products, such as croissants, Danish pastries are a variant of puff pastry. Our recipe will help you create delicious authentic Danish pastries.

Instructions:
Place flour in freezer to cool. Have all ingredients cold!
Step 1: Sprinkle yeast into warm water. Let foam slightly.
Step 2: Mix milk, fine sugar, unsalted butter, salt, eggs, cardamom or nutmeg. Add Step 1.
Step 3: Add flour. Mix only until dough is formed.
Step 4: Place on table and roll fat immediately ( 2 x 3 + 1/2 time).
Fillings: basic filling, custard, macaroon, apple, cherry and lemon filing, nuts, raisins, cinnamon, cardamom, etc.
