This pan is suitable for baking in the oven, for use as a chocolate mold with Easymelt chocolates or as a Jello™ mold.
Baking Pan :
Maximum baking temperature is 375°F /190°C.
Grease the pan and follow your favorite recipe or cake mix instructions.
Remember to set this pan on a cookie sheet.
Pan is suitable for gas, electric or convection ovens. Jello™ Mold : Follow your home made recipe or your box of Jello™.
Chocolate Mold :
Melt chocolate in the top of you double boiler or microwave.
Clean pan with a lint free cloth.
Pour melted chocolate into your mold and allow to set.
Chocolate mold of ribbon can be placed on top of your iced cake for beautiful finished look.
