Create a stunning sunflower with round centre cutout crust for the top of your 8" or 9" pie or do the reverse and cut out your dough and place the cutout pieces on the top of your pie. This cutter is not just for pies. This sunflower cutter can also be used with fondant or marzipan for the top of your cakes. Dimensions : 7 1/2" / 19.05 cm width x 3/4"/ 1.91 cm deep Instructions : Roll out pie crust dough 1/8" / .32 cm thick. Making sure area will cover the width of your pie. Dip cutter in flour, then lightly position bottom of cutter on dough. Press firmly straight down to cut. Using a small pallet knife or spatula remove the dough from the cutout area. Arrange pie dough crust on the top of your pie filling. Crimp or pinch dough to attached to your bottom layer of pie crust. Use & Care : Before first and after each use, hand wash in warm soapy water. Rinse and dry thoroughly with a soft cloth before storing.
