This triple four heart quilting one piece marker is a quick and easy way to decorate any cake. Whether you are a trained cake artist or just a beginner this marker will give your cake a stunning look of sophistication. Finish off your points with icing dots, pearl dragees, mini hearts or flowers. Imagine be able to complete a standard 3 tier cake in under an hour. Markers can also be used to create patterns for cupcakes, cookies and more. This one piece cutter is made of high quality tin. Size : One Heart is 1/2" x 1/2" width / 1.27 x 1.27 cm width. Four Hearts is 1 1/8" / 2.86 cm width. Total Length 3 1/4" / 8.26 cm. Helpful Hints - Quilting impression marker designs can be executed on a freshly covered Sugar Paste (rolled fondant) or butter cream cake (butter cream must have formed a crust)
- Before impressing the marker into butter cream spray the impression marker with oil and wipe off excess
- Fondant covered boards must be fully dried or impression marker will indent fondant
- Place the impression marker flat against the side of the cake making sure that the marker is touching the board and the side of the cake
- Use a smoother on the top of the cake so as not to leave finger prints while making sure all points are aligned before gently pressing the impression marker into the sides of the cake
- Remove impression marker and ensure all sides have been clearly marked
- Continue all around the sides of your cake repeating the pattern before moving to the top of the cake (if necessary)
- Finish off points
