Easily decorate, colour and add dimension to your cake, than with fondant or sugar paste pearl accents. With this flexible silicone mold, it's easy to create detailed pearl boarders in two sizes ready to place on your cake as a boarder, outlining the top edge of your cake, purse or frame. The softness and flexibility of this silicone mold makes it easy to fill with fondant, modelling paste or gum paste and remove. After removing your pearl strands from your silicone mold, dust or paint before adhering to your cake. Material : Silicone Care : Top Rack Dishwasher Safe Dimensions : Pearl Strands are 11" / 27.94 cm long Pearl Dimensions : 3/4" / 1.91 cm, 7/8" / 2.22 cm Using this one piece mold. Dust mold with cornflower. Use McCall's modeling paste or mix equal quantities of flower paste and sugar paste and press this firmly into the mold. Use a palette knife to remove any excess paste, working from the center to the outside of the mold. Gently release finished shape from the mold by pushing it from the back. Dust to achieve required coloured effect. Attach to cake using food grade glue.
