With this flexible silicone mold, it's easy to create detailed blossom shapes in gum paste, fondant or chocolate. Ready to place on your cake, cupcakes, cookies or the tops of chocolates and petite fours. Use individually or create a spray of flowers with this four blossom design silicone mold. Cavities : Nine Material : Silicone Care : Top Rack Dishwasher Safe Dimensions : 7/16" / 1.11 cm, 5/8" / 1.59 cm, 13/16" / 2.06 cm, 1 1/8" / 2.86 cm One piece mold. Dust mold with cornflower. Use McCall's modeling paste or mix equal quantities of flower paste and sugar paste and press this firmly into the mold. Use a palette knife to remove any excess paste, working from the center to the outside of the mold. Gently release finished shape from the mold by pushing it from the back. Dust to achieve required coloured effect. Attach to cake using food grade glue.
