This mold can be used with sugar paste, marzipan, flower paste, rolled fondant or gum paste to make very attractive borders for use on wedding and celebration cakes. The mold is easy to use, even for the beginner, giving you great scope in sugar craft. High quality silicone rubber is used in producing the mold, making it very durable and flexible. De-molding the finished item is easy. How to use: Dust mold with cornflower. If desired color your paste. Knead and press this firmly into the mold. Use a palette knife to remove any excess paste, working from the centre to the outside of the mold. Gently release finished shape from the mold by pushing it from the back.
