There's no better way to add colour, dimension, and excitement to a cake, cookie or cupcake than with fondant or gum paste letters. With this flexible silicone mould, it's easy to create detailed letters in a upper case format ready to place on your cake, cupcake or cookie. Dust mould with cornflower. Mix equal quantities of gum paste and sugar paste (rolled fondant) and press this firmly into the mould. Use a palette knife to remove any excess paste, working from the center to the outside of the mould. Gently release finished shape from the mould by pushing it from the back. Dust to achieve required coloured effect. Attach to cake using food grade glue or water.
