Roll out fondant or gum paste to the desired thickness, and then cut out the flower petal shape with the cutter. Cut one throat, 2 petals and 3 sepals. Do not forget to make your tongue. Press on a petal veiner or use a modelling tool to form veins. Place on a foam mat and use your modelling tools to thin and shape the petals into the desired shape. Attach to floral wire and assemble flower. Color with dusting powder or air spray. Cutters make an cymbidium orchid approximately 3" in width. Sold as a 3 piece set.
