These FMM fruit & flowers tappit cutters are ideal to decorate your cake with or for the top of your cupcakes. For best results modeling paste or flower paste is recommended. 1) Roll out your paste to a thickness of 2 mm 2) Roll out a strip of paste and turn it so that it is vertical. Select your motif and place it horizontally across the paste. 3) To cut your motif, press firmly on the back of strip cutter, slide the cutter backwards and forwards and gently rock the cutter to release motif. In the event the motif stays in the cutter you can gently tap the cutter strip on your work surface or use a scribing tool to gently ease your motif out. 4) Your cut out pieces can be attached immediately to your cake with edible gum glue or royal icing. Another possibility is to let them dry thoroughly allowing for a free standing piece on your cake or cupcake.
