Perfect icing every time, just add water and mix. Decorate your cookies, gingerbread houses or make decorations. This icing will dry hard in about 24 hours. Ingredients for Royal Icing: Sugar, Egg Albumen, Maltodextrin, Cream of Tartar, Gum Arabic, Vanilla Powder. Directions: for 500 g of mix Add to mix 90 mil (6 tbsp.) of lukewarm water. Beat on medium speed in mixer for 7 minutes using flat beater. If you like icing softer add up to 25 ml (2 tbsp.) of more water. Helpful Hint : Royal icing must be kept moist when not in use. Cover bowl with a damp cloth or lid when not in use to prevent drying out. Size: 10 kg, 22 lbs. box
