For use in hard candy, general candy making, chocolate, coatings, cakes, cookies, frosting, ice cream and a wide variety of other baking and confectionery applications. This flavor is water-soluble but has shown to be effective in flavouring chocolate. It may cause thickening if too much is used. Cocoa Butter for pure chocolate and Super Oco for compound chocolate will help to thin and smooth your product. This flavouring is appropriate for use in chocolate mixtures such as truffles, ganache, fondants, fudges and icings. - Kosher Certified

Directions: Use approximately 1/4 to 1/2 tsp. per pound of chocolate or compound.
Helpful Hints: Oils are three to four times the strength of water or alcohol-based flavorings or extracts. When substituting these flavors for extracts, use ¼ to ½ teaspoon for 1 teaspoon of extract. May cause thickening in chocolate, add Super Oco for compound chocolate or Cocoa Butter for pure chocolate to thin/smooth.
