Pomegranate Flavor is an increasingly popular fruity flavor that will tingle your taste buds with a sweet, tangy, exotic-berry flavor. Use in hard candy, general candy making, cakes, cookies, frosting, ice cream and a wide variety of other baking and confectionery applications. This flavor is water-soluble but has shown to be effective in flavouring chocolate. It may cause thickening if too much is used. Cocoa Butter for pure chocolate and Super Oco for compound chocolate will help to thin and smooth your product. Size : .125 ounce / 3.7 milliliters / 1 teaspoon Directions: Use approximately 1/4 to 1/2 tsp. per pound of chocolate or compound. Helpful Hints: When substituting this flavors for extracts, use ¼ to ½ teaspoon for 1 teaspoon of extract, as product is three to four times the strength of extracts or alcohol-based flavorings.
