This Liqua-Gel royal blue food color by Chefmaster is highly concentrated. Only a small amount is needed to tint buttercream icing, royal icing, non-dairy icing, fondant, marzipan, gum paste, bread dough, cookie dough, or cake batter without changing the consistency of your product. Liqua-gel colors will not break down your product or add a taste. Product is packaged in a convenient squeeze bottle with a flip top lid, allowing for easy duplication of colors by mixing and measuring by using "drops" of this product. Slight variations batch to batch can occur. Ligua-gel colors are Kosher and Halal certified, as well as being gluten free.
