Perfect icing every time, just add water and mix. Decorate your cookies, gingerbread house, do flooding or make decorations. This icing will dry hard in about 24 hours.
Ingredients for Royal Icing: Sugar, Egg Albumen, Maltodextrin, Cream of Tartar, Gum Arabic, Vanilla Powder.
Directions: Add to mix 75 mil (5 tbsp) of lukewarm water. Beat on medium speed in mixer for 7 minutes using flat beater. If you like icing softer add up to 25 ml (2 tbsp) of more water.
Helpful Hint : Royal icing must be kept moist when not in use. Cover bowl with a damp cloth or lid when not in use to prevent drying out.
Always re-mix made product before use.
