Natural Powder colors are for buttercream icing, dough or any product you would like to color without it breaking down. Natural Powders allow you to easily and accurately measure and dispense the food color. These natural colors are made from a combinations of natural plant sources. DIRECTIONS : This Pink color comes in a dry powdered form for optimal shelf life. Never add water directly to any jar. Simply add "drops" of distilled water only to the amount of the dry natural color you will use, This will make a gel paste . The wet colors do not have any artificial preservatives and must be discarded if not used. Allow 15 to 20 minutes for the powder to completely dissolve and stabilize before adding to the product you wish to color. Some ingredients may affect color, like meringue powder, cream of tarter, lemon etc. Testing is recommended. Ingredients: Beet red, citric acid, ascorbic acid, maltodextrin, food starch, natural vanilla. Weight: 10 g
