This all in one standard brown baking cup made of Swedish grease-resistant paper comes in a bake-able framework that has a brown background with a gold print overlay. Perforations between the cups allows for portioning of one or more cups. Cups are 2 oz. 12 cups per tray. Frame Dimensions : 9 15/16" X 13 3/16" Cup Dimensions : Top 2 11/16" Bottom 2" Depth 1 5/16" Product Features : framework and cups come as one complete unit, cups are pressed, not glued in oven-able up to 390° degrees. After baking, cups are released from the frame by pressing out the cup or by separating the frame along the perforation. Baked product is released from the cup by pulling outward on the cup collar. Tray Benefits : metal muffin pans are not required, no greasing, washing or glazing. Tray is freezable and microwavable. Tray allows for lower baking temperature than metal pans, shorter baking time than metal pans therefore reduced energy costs, faster cooling time, reduced labor costs through less handling and less damage to finished products.
