Directions by egg: For one large egg. Mix 1 Tbsp of Egg Replacer with 3 Tbls of water and mix together Directions by weight: 10 gm of Egg Replacer for 45 g water and mix together. This product will work for most recipes. Egg replacers do not provide the same exact structure as a eggs and therefore may require some adjustment based on individual recipes and requirements. Ingredients: Arrowroot flour, Baking Powder, Chickpea Flour, Gum Xanthan, Vanilla Powder.
